"How much
uneducated, ignorant and skewed can they be?"
By Terrence G. Fair:
I am not Indian. I am 2nd generation Irish-American and 2nd gen.
Greek-American. However since I was about 4 years old I have had an
enthusiastic interest in hinduism and Eastern thought. Being from the west I
would of course never really be able to understand it without the
Christian-Western slant no matter how I try to disregard it. Surely those
from the east could never really understand, say, Baseball.
With all of that in mind, I consider myself more of a Hindu than Christian
and the disrespect I see towards others especially Hindus in this part of the
world is appalling. I am really sick of Christian (so-called) missionaries
settling around the world and "freeing" those poor, ignorant Hindus, Heathens
and Devil Worshippers. I hear and read about it all the time. Take for
instance the missionaries a couple of years ago who were sentenced for
disobeying the laws in, was it Afghanastan? I know enough about Christian
cultist to assure you that they were indeed trying to convert and not simply
just "taking care of the sick and hungry".
I have gotten a bit off the subject, pardon me. My point is I too was
outraged at this Washington Times article by Janaki Kremmer. How dare she
assume that anything Christian missionaries do is going to make the situation
better. Look at the blood on born again Christian G.W. Bush's hands. Any one
who can seperate himself in the smallest degree from his Judeo upringing can
see clearly that most of the violence and perversion in the World over the
past 1900 years is directly from Judeo-Christian aggression.
Thank you for bringing this article to my attention.

I was raised Baptist. Infact I was raised in a Tennessee Baptist church.
Baptists are hipocrits. They say to love one another, yet their churches
remain divided. I gave up trying to understand them along time ago. I try to
tolerate any religion/denomination/creed, and to find out that Baptists are
infiltrating that part of India isn't suprising, but they are hipocrits.
Genuine.
The reason Christianity is so popular among the sick and poor, is - it's a
religion built by the sick and poor.

The menace of Christian missionaries continues to eat at the fabric of
Indian life. The nefarious activities of the catholic and protestant
missionaries continues to nibble at the only Hindu country in the world. I
always wondered that the BJP/NDA government made a mistake in inviting that
idiot, the POPE who refused to stop prosleytising in India and had the gall
to call for conversion of all the people in South Asia to Christianity by the
year 2020.
We Hindus need to stop these nefarious acitivities of the foreign
missionaries to convert the people of India. It may be noted that the Saudi
King Khalid sent $ 1 Billion in 9184 to India for converting Indians to
Islam. We all suddnely saw new mosques sprining all over India and then the
Meenakshipuram incident where the whole village was converted to Islam. Both
Christianity and Islam are intolerent and violent religions which do not
recognise the religions of others like Hinduiism and Budhism etc. We Hindus
need to wake up before it is too late.
Letter to Washington Times: By Narayanan Komerath
Dear Washington Times:
Your article on Kashmir where "Christianity is going to add another
dimension" and blames the terrorist killings on "Hindus and Muslims killing
each other" is a new feather to stick in the empty spaces under your
Editorial cap.
What a way to describe a grim war against terrorism!
So, by your argument, I should consider the advent of Hinduism in America
as the beacon of hope for a nation where Muslims and Christians have been
killing each other on a HUGE scale, hey? After all, America has in just the
past two years been involved in the killings of over 150,000 "Muslims" (in
Iraq and Afghanistan) and some 3000 + Christians and others (in the WTC and
Pentagon).
Your article is stupid, insensitive, and a clear endorsement for the
bloody terrorists of your "Front-lying Al-Lies", Pakistan and its
fundamentalist terrorist dictatorship. It insults the people of India, who
maintain a more free and democratic society despite being right inside a
region full of bigots and terrorists.
The policemen and soldiers trying to protect democracy in India are just
as precious as the firefighters of New York and Washington, and the soliders,
sailors and flyers risking their lives fighting terrorism. Maybe, as you
aspire to adult levels of intelligence, you should also try to acquire the
elementary sensitivity needed to figure that out?
Best regards
Narayanan Komerath
