This is how Pakistani Propaganda machinery works 24/7
Couple of months back there was fire in NCL, a research,
development organization, internationally renowned for scientific research in
Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and industrial research.
See the difference in Rediff and PakNews stories in
reporting this incident. This just proves, Pakistan is a failed nation
founded on false beliefs and propaganda without any kind of credibility.
The factual report from Rediff:

Fire Breaks Out In Indian Bio-Chemical Weapons Plant In Pune
http://www.paknews.com/top.php?id=1&date1=2003-01-14
Quote
A major scare was caused in Pune when fire broke out in a section of
National Chemical Laboratory (NCL) on Sunday evening. This facility is used
by India to build outlawed biological and chemical weapons of mass
destruction.
Established in 1950, the laboratories are one of the
oldest Research institutes in India. The Laboratory is, reportedly, leading
the research on bio-chemical weapons including anthrax and small pox.
According to well informed sources, though the CWC
prohibits preparation, storage and trade in chemical weapons, India has
reportedly continued with the clandestine research and is secretly
maintaining stockpiles of biological and chemical weapons in its satellite
state, Bhutan, which surprisingly is not a signatory to the CWC. Thus
circumventing the controls of United Nations and stockpiling biological and
chemical weapons of mass destruction.

Unfortunate part of the above story is:
This PakNews.com is on the home page of one of the
world’s biggest website that is visited by 5 million visitors every day. (40
times Samachar visitors). And this website does not have any Indian news
agency on this home page.
Imagine how much venomous propaganda this Pak agency is
spreading against India in the western world? And that too in absence of any
representation from Indian media agency.
Anyway, we shall provide those details in one of the
coming newsletters. We would like all to write to that biggest website for
allowing such a venomous false propaganda in the news stories on India.
