Dec 07, 2002: Great Job Friends! "Vande Mataram" is at TOP #1 Position

Simply Great Job IndiaCause Members!

One more time, you have displayed a show of our E-Strength in flat 36 hours. After IndiaCause call yesterday, Vande Mataram on BBC "World's Top Ten Songs" has moved to the TOP position from #5 in flat 36 hours. This is certainly a significant achievement because there are people participating form 148 countries to select the best out of 4600 different songs. Let us keep INDIA flag flying at the TOP of BBC through the December 21 (result day). Let the world (especially British empire) know how much we value our national pride.

IndiaCase is proud of her each and every member for this show of E-Strength. "United We Stand For India". Those who may not know: Vande Mataram is India's national song and has only 19 word (at the bottom of this email). Let us live ourselves for those 19 words.

As usual, there are other fall-outs of our positive "Calls". IndiaCause newsletters are generally tracked by "Friends" that have Pakistan at their heart. They do exactly opposite actions that mentioned in our calls.

Please note "Dil Dil Pakistan" has moved from below #10 to Position #3 in these 36 hours. I hope IndiaCause CALL will deliver "Vande Mataram" at #1 on December 21st and not "Dil Dil Pakistan". Let us remind ourselves: India is 7 times bigger than Pakistan. Internet savvy Indians are equally high in number.

Please do not let "Dil Dil Pakistan" take over "Vande Mataram"? I hope there are more "ACTIVE" NRIs that love India than Pakistan.

If you have not voted for "Vande Mataram" as "Top Ten songs of the World" on BBC so far, please vote now. Let us inundate BBC with India Votes. (Many members replied yesterday "Vote link on BBC does not have hyperlink page". Probably someone has already voted from that PC. Please try other PC to cast your vote) - http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/us/features/topten/

PLEASE FORWARD this email to your family and friends NOW. There are still millions of Indians that have not voted.

Forward this email to any press contacts you may have. Let the Indian media know "We 4800 members of IndiaCause do make a Difference" without them.

And "Join this unique E-Power India movement" to give strength to our existing membership that has always delivered excellent E-Victories http://www.indiacause.com/IC_Success_Index.htm

Let us recite our national song together:

Vande Mataram!
Sujalam, suphalam,
malayaja shitalam,
Shasyashyamalam,
Mataram!
Shubhrajyothsna
pulakitayaminim
Phullakusumita drumadala
shobinim
Suhasinim sumadhura
bhashinim,
Sukhadam varadam,
Mataram!

Sri Aurobindo Ghosh's English translation of the song:

I bow to thee, Mother,
richly-watered, richly-fruited
cool with the winds of the
south,
dark with the crops of the
harvests,
The Mother!
Her nights rejoicing in the
glory of the moonlight
her lands clothed beautifully
with her trees in
flowering bloom
sweet of laughter, sweet of
speech
The Mother, giver of boons,
giver of bliss!
