is currently visiting USA. Interestingly some Non-Hindu groups in USA are
organizing meetings in his honor, arranging his lectures, discourses and
Temple pujas in USA.
We contacted Hinduism Today Magazine, USA : http://www.hinduismToday.com.
They have their own correspondent at Puri, India. According to them "His
Holiness Nischalanand Saraswati" is the only authorized Shankaracharya of
Puri and He has never Visited USA.

“Honble High Court in Orissa unambiguously reaffirmed: "Swami Nischalanand
Saraswati was the recognised Jagadguru Shankracharaya of Goverdhan Peetham
and as such he has the recognised right of enjoying all legal rights and
privileges and status associated with the honoured position of Shankracharaya."
This report also says:
"It is high time that his (The “Impersonator”) passport is impounded,
criminal cases filed against him are pursued actively and a CBI investigation
launched for his possible links with Islamic fundamentalists funded by the
ISI"
