USA based ‘Indian Muslim Relief Committee’ (IMRC) will be arranging series of
programs (Jul 21-31) titled, "Gujarat: A Tale of Woe" in different cities in
US.
Two important report summaries on IMRC website (SAHMAT and Amnesty
International) talk about everything in Gujarat (BUT NOT A WORD ON
GODHRA MASSACRE OF 58 HINDUS BY MUSLIM MOB)
IMRC website informs:
“Mrs. Shabnam Hashmi has been invited as a speaker to the July 18th
conference of the US Policy Institute of Southeast Asia on Capitol Hill which
will feature many dignitaries such as Mrs. Sonia Gandhi” “ Mrs. Shabnam
Hashmi has accepted IMRCs invitation to extend her visit to the US after the
conference on Capitol Hill and tour a number of cities across the US to
present the dire situation of Gujarat to non Muslim and Muslim audiences.”
We have much to learn from our Muslim brothers.
Have NRIs belonging to Hindu community ever taken any concerted
efforts to educate the world informing minority situation in J&K, Bangladesh,
Pakistan?
(In India, minority percentage is increasing as ever, while Hindu minority in
J&K, Bangladesh and Pakistan has always been on decline and is to lowest
percentage ever)
World believes only when someone can put facts before them, not because the
facts exist!
And someone has to do efforts to bring facts before the world!
And who shall do the efforts?
Not me! A typical Indian mentality! This needs to change.
Basic question would be how many of the Hindu community are aware and care
about these facts at all?
