The IT industry in many European countries is going very bad, because
there are no skilled workers. The situation in Germany is that there are
30,000 jobs waiting for IT experts out from India and the rest of the poor
countries. I want to view my simple thoughts about this problem in almost
all the developed countries of Europe. Now I live for almost fifteen years
in The Netherlands and in some ways I feel alienated from my origins,
which started in Surinam.
Everybody here in The Netherlands feels that the future of the Dutch
economy has become darker, after big IT companies here, like Newconomy and
UPC, went down and are facing total annihilation by the natural laws of
the cruel money traders. The other problem is demographical, because there
are not enough skilled workers anymore in many sectors. The problem of
aging is something that cannot be solved without fresh immigrants, who are
willing to work for the old Dutch population and save there future. But
the majority of the pure Dutch people are against this solution, because
they are afraid to lose their power. In daily life there are many blocks
between pure Dutch and colored immigrants. Many friends of me are telling
me again and again that Dutch society has developed into a bitter caste
system, just as in the past and that discrimination and racism will
increase, if the economy will go down further. The unification of Europe
will increase the problems between white Europeans and colored immigrants,
because a new identity must be developed and during this psychological
process, a small scale civilian war is not unthinkable.
The life of old people here is not very florissant. Lastly a woman told me
that an old Dutch lady committed suicide, because she did not want to
suffer anymore. The reality is that there is a mental suppression of old
people here and the majority of the Dutch youth is not against forced
euthanisation. In social talks they just tell me their true feelings and
this is something unpleasant. In Hinduism it is normal to give old people
the feeling that they still belong to the society and that there life is
still something worth, even if they cannot work anymore.
Every day I feel the increasing tensions in the minds of Dutch people and
their unhappiness. The prices are getting up and the government is making
a mess of the taxes. Criminality is rising and the police can only solve
three to five percent of the cases. Many people feel unsafe on streets
here. The result is an increasing hatred toward foreign people and in
daily life they are being neglected or avoided. The suicide rate among
certain ethnical groups (esp. Hindus of Surinam) is about ten times higher
than among white Dutch, but the government does not care about these
figures. The whole Dutch policy for immigration is based upon
discrimination, random administration and destruction of skilled
foreigners. For the Dutch government every foreigner is approached in the
official letters as a real ALIEN, that must be kept out of the country.
The whole policy on immigration is just barbaric and old-fashioned. Human
lives are destroyed and isolated.
When Dutch newspapers mentioned Indian IT pros as "IT coolies", I became
very angry. At that moment I realized that the tradition of feeling
superior as a white European is being continued and that`s why Indian IT
pros can better refuse to work as a modern slave for the Europeans,
because it is better to be proud of yourself.
If the (superior) Europeans want new slaves from India and the rest of the
poor world, then it is better to stop becoming a slave of the old
economies in this world. It is better to stimulate the emigration of
companies toward India, where there are skilled workers. If Indian IT pros
will boycott whole Europe then many companies will lose investment money
and then they will leave their local economy and migrate to India. It is
more strategic to build stronger software and hardware companies in India
by forcing the European industry to invest there and to relocate the
workplaces.
My motivation to advise a radical boycott of the whole Eurozone is based
upon the fact that discrimination will increase here and that it is not
(mentally) healthy to work here anymore as a colored immigrant. I do not
want to see my genius Indian fellows to suffer and cry here in Europe
after they worked for years as slaves, but are being kicked out as dogs,
as a cold bloody reward. The whole policy for foreign workers is inhuman
here and it is better to let them suffer from there own stupid laws.
Indian government should stimulate European companies to relocate the
workplace from Europe toward India, by intensive usage of network
technology. The Indian government must also fiercely protect her citizens
in other countries against discrimination, slavery and alienation. Use the
weapon of trade or use the weapon of calling back your skilled people by
investing into your own industry. Protect your beloved ones against a
bitter life in Europe.
I am now planning to emigrate from the Netherlands after four years,
because I feel the life here will become worse for especially the colored
immigrants, and the hatred towards them will increase during the coming
ten years.
