Dear Sir,

This refers to the first annual convention to be held on 28th June 03 at Santa Clara, California with the theme "India After Gujarat - Democracy or Religious Fanaticism". You have taken lot of effort to enlist some of the hottest (no pun intended) speakers like Smt. Arundhati Roy, Shri Praful Bidwai who are undisputedly among the greatest Intellectual terrorists and pseudo Secularists, Independent India have ever produced.

It seems that while your counterparts in India including the pseudo secular political parties like the Congress, Communists and the media have shut their mouths after the resounding verdict given by the people of Gujarat in Dec 02, you have still not learned your lessons and continue to inflame passions by harping on the riots in Gujarat. All over the world Christians and Muslims are waging a fight to finish war which is being termed as " Clash of Civilisations " but in an classic irony, in India they have formed an unholy alliance against the Hindus by funding extremism and terrorism in various parts of the country especially in Jammu & Kashmir and North-East.

India does not have to learn about pluralism, religious tolerance and human rights from other nations and least of all from your council which represent a community known for its most brutal and barbaric acts on other religions and cultures around the globe especially in India for the last 1300 years which is being continued to be perpetuated even till date. In the name of Jihad, the world is today witnessing the brutality of Islamic terrorism and fundamentalism which has transcended all boundaries and borders from New York to Bali and Tel Aviv to Kashmir.

The danger to India is not from Hindutva ultranationalist forces but from Islamic fundamentalism, Christian Missionaries and pseudo secularism. Hindus have never been pro-active or known for violence during the last 5000 years of their existence inspite of being subjected to some of the worst forms of brutality which cannot be comprehended by the human mind. If Hindus had espoused hate-based and divisive ideology and modeled themselves after Mussolini's Fascist and Hitler's Nazi parties as stated by you, India would been the Hindu version of Pakistan and Bangladesh with no minority community worth its name existing in the country. Instead the Akhand Bharat which existed from Kashmir to Kanyakumari at the time of independence have substantially withered and eroded due to Islamic Jihad and Christian terrorism.

Secularism was originally defined as all religions being equal under law but due to appeasement for votes of the minority community especially the Muslims, it became so perverted during the last 55 years that today it stands for appeasement of the minority at the cost of the majority.

You cannot talk about the rule of the law and respect for the constitution without implementing the Uniform Civil Code and concept of one law and rule for everyone irrespective of caste, creed or religion something that your community so vociferously opposed in the famous Shah Bano Case in 1986.

You cannot talk about Pogrom in Gujarat without first addressing the real Pogrom that took place in Kashmir in 1990 resulting in ethnic cleansing and displacement of nearly half a million Kashmiri Hindu Pandits who continue to live as refugees in their own home land for the last 13 years.

You cannot talk about threats to nation's integrity without repatriating the 50 million Bangladeshi refugees who have scattered themselves in the entire eastern parts of the country from Assam to West Bengal and are posing serious threat to national security due to their involvement with ISI and other anti national elements. If ever East Pakistan and West Pakistan exist together in any part of India, it is in the Garden Reach area of Kolkata which is the ultimate breeding ground for anti-national activities. Jihadi terrorism which initially started in Kashmir in 1990 now runs through the entire length and breadth of the country and have penetrated even the remote corners as witnessed recently in Marad, Kerala

You cannot talk about Secularism being in danger without removing the structures of the invaders in Kashi and Mathura which are symbols of tyranny and destruction and also by opposing the construction of the magnificent Lord Ram Temple at Ayodhya. Have you ever wondered as to why in every holy place of the Hindus be it in Kashi, Mathura or Ayodhya, a Mosque exist at the exact place which is revered by the Hindus while no such structures have ever existed in the revered sites of the Muslims.

Without understanding the above and taking correcting action, your organisation and people like Smt. Arundhati Roy are infact incensing the Hindus to become more violent and agitated thereby endangering the community you espouse to protect. All over the world and India is no exception to this, safety and security of the minorities lies in the goodwill of the majority community and it is imperative that the Muslims and Christians, the only two communities in strife with the Hindus realise this fact and join the mainstream immediately like the other minority communities.

I trust my mail would have enlightened your mentally and intellectual bankrupt mind and would desist your organisation from carrying out anti national activities outside the country and instead engage in promoting goodwill between the Hindu and Muslim Communities.
